I love seeing photos of your neighborhood! Though, I am disappointed how many of our students are backyard breeders. We did start a 'dog club' at our current school, so we're just hoping this will at least make them aware of some of the problems.
Oh Helen, we feel your pain. We lived in Pilsen for several years and it was even worse, especially with feral cats. We can only change one mind at a time...
